.--..--. Guardian Angels .--..--.
.--..--..--..--..--..--..--..--..--.
As light grows dim and stars appear
Guardian angels hover near
To gentle rock my babe to sleep
A gift from HIM, my love so fair
What dreams do fill this tiny mind?
As clouds of sleep drifts her afar
To distant lands of golden light
She is to all, a brilliant star
With sighs of joy the babe sleeps on
Content that in her cradle warm
She hears the angels songs so sweet
Wrapped in loving angel's arms
As these holy ones guard my tiny child
I pray that she will grow to find
Angels sweet to guard her life
As night's bright moon begin to shine
