In The Name Of Their God
In the name of their God,
They wreak havoc and fear ….
And who is this God?
Who seeks praise,
In blood and carnage,indescribable grief,
Who is this God who is honoured,
By evil deeds that maim and kill,
His innocent children,
In psychopathic acts of revenge,
Carried out in His name,
These evil cowards seek martyrdom in death,
And the attempted destruction of liberty,
Who is this God?
Who asks that we forgive those who terrorise?
Those who murder for His glory,
"Thou shalt not kill",
Dear God, I heard you say,
What's happening?
In your crazy world today.
