Troubled Times
Time just seem to pass by,
In the twinkling of an eye;
As it never seems to stay,
For stretching out the day.
The good times do not last,
As time seems to move fast;
To try in stopping the flow,
Or maybe attempting to slow.
But during times of despair,
It just does not seem fair;
How time starts to creep,
Slower as it gets more deep.
Oh how trials and tribulations,
Causes the toils and afflictions;
That never seems to fade,
Making you to be dismayed.
When will you ever learn?
Only dire times you yearn;
In Jesus you have a friend,
For assistance to never end.
