 My House
My house is a shrine dedicated to the dead. It protects and holds memories, things done and said.....

My house is a shrine dedicated to the dead.
It protects and holds memories things done and said.
Each plate, glass, and photograph you see,
Has some deep and lasting meaning to me.

My house is the place where I can reflect,
To hold loved ones close and never neglect.
Each room is different and unique,
Some rooms are cheerful and others seem bleak.

My house has taken a lifetime to make,
It reminds me of triumphs the occasional mistake.
Each day a new thing is added to its space,
My house holds my memory it's my special place.
