The Brew

  This wonderful,hot,steamy mid summer's night,
with the moon's hollow glow casting eerie shadows
over the sleepy land,
this powerful concoction shall I brew.
   Into the bubbling cauldron go:
an eye of yellow newt, and a snout of pig,
an old wing of vampire bat,
fresh wolfsbane and the legs of a dead cat,
and a moldy slice of spiced robin's egg.
I stir it all together nice and slow,
and with my sneaky spell cast,
she'll fall hopelessly in love with me.
