Fire and Ice

"Cupid's arrows come in many forms"
-Pidmonte

Once with a ball of snow she hit my heart
Within my soul a raging fire did start
It was the most amazing thing I've known
To start a flame with snow and ice alone.
But so it was. How can I rest at ease
When I am trapped by perils such as these?
No cold can quench this burning, this desire!
It must be vanquished by another's fire.
By shared warmth only can I rescued be:
Come now my dear! Come now and burn with me!
