I have traveled far, Lord,
farther than most might dare to go.
I have seen mountains dressed in snowy fleece,
lived where the great forests chanced to grow.
My feet are tired from dancing,
how I long to find my home,
yet on I wander aimlessly.
Dear Lord, I am alone.
I have traveled far, Lord,
and once I touched the sun.
I have seen deserts stretching endlessly,
camped by rivers which still run.
My voice is tired from singing,
won't I ever find my home?
On I wander endlessly.
Guess I'll have to go alone.
Thank you Rich.
