If we can love ourselves, no matter what,
And we accept our lives for what we've got,
If we can be secure in the knowledge that we are ok,
And begin a new – every single day…
Then we accept our lives for what it is to be,
Only then can we understand only then can we see,
See that our happiness comes from within…
And when we can do that, that's the time we win.
For life is a rollercoaster – up hill and down dale,
And as long as we give our all – it's ok if we fail!
For life is not all about making it perfect at all,
Because through our life, there are times we fall…
But acceptance is the key to making our life;
All that is can be – no matter the pain or strife.
I am a firm believer that this is very true…
As long as we are happy with us, that's all we can do!
And no matter what and no matter the rain,
One day the sun will come out, and we will shine again!
For life is not all happiness, joy and gladness,
For always in life, we all suffer sadness…
So strive for your goal, what you want in your life,
Accept the happy, and accept the pain and strife.
For all we can do, is step out and march on,
Do it in smile, and then know you have won!
Won the happiness you have and your pain will release…
And come to know you did it – for inner peace…
