Who's Your Friend?
The friend that is true and sincere
Who will be by your side to dry up your tears?
Someone from a relationship that end
Who said to you, “Baby, let's be friends”
A special friend that you can call anytime
No matter how much you whimper and whine
The friend that you think is ace-boo-cool
But all the time wishing they were you
Then there's the friend who's like your diary
Tell me all, it stays between you and me
The so called friend that you would love to slap
And say, B**** take those knives out my back
A friend that you seldom see
But will reach out to you in your hour of need
The friend who has a secret plan
To bed your man when she can
A friend that is separated by the miles
But send you letters to make you smile
Friends may be several, Friends may be few
Friends may be truthful, friends may be lying
But in your heart you know which friends are
Truly Genuine
