 FAITHFULLY

With all my faith and my might,
I've tried my best to make it alright,
though much darkness has gathered,
the sun's light will not be scattered.

I shall go on, be true to thy self,
stay strong, even if by myself,
tis something I should have done,
and allow others to just be gone.

Some day, you will see,
how much I've been meant to be,
tis some type of proof, you always seek,
yet, you can't see beyond your own beak.

I refuse to be someone I'm not,
too much time's lapsed, for I am in a knot,
never unfolded, until you exploded,
don't fret, your words won't be molded.

You may think you can go on living,
without believing in forgiving,
slander you've bestowed upon yourself,
will haunt you, when you're all by yourself.

Never have, never will, wish anyone harm,
this I know by far, without any alarm,
have always been faithful, and always will,
for I seek no one else, only for God's will...

...to remain genuinely,
His child,
by living on,
Faithfully!
