"They Call Me The Sea"
They call me a giant of this earth,
So vast so rugged and so blue.
I've carried many vessels;
as far as the eye can see.
Though I roar, rumble and roll,
I can still bring peace and tranquility;
to those who endure me.
Since time began;
I have held many mysteries.
In the daylight hours;
I hold the warmth of the sun.
And I hold many stars;
in the quiet of the night.
Many have stood before me;
pondering upon my mystical magic.
Many forms of life great and small;
live within my barriers.
While beneath me lies a burial of ghosts;
from a distant past.
I have been in existence;
since time began.
So yes, ill keep on roaring and rumbling;
until the end of time.
Crashing my surf upon these salty sands;
and whispering the winds;
upon my rippling waves.
Still bringing wonder and magic;
to those who look upon my great blue.
Yes, indeed God has made me a giant,
of this earth
They call me the Sea.
