 "A Man Called Jesus"

~~~
There once lived a man,
 from Galilee.
He suffered and died,
so we could be free
~~~

His name was Jesus,
a carpenter man.
He preached the Gospel,
throughout the land.
~~~
Watching and waiting,
his diciples stood by.
The one who betrayed him,
couldn't look him in the eye.
~~~

No one knew what,
would happen that day.
For they came to the tomb,
and found the stone rolled away.
~~~
He arose from the dead,
in a robe of pure white.
And he kept himself hidden,
til' the time was just right.
~~~

He paid his price,
on the cross that day.
For all of our sins,
would be washed away.
~~~
Hes coming again soon,
in the twinkling of an eye.
Be watching and waiting,
for the end is drawing nigh.
~~~

Forever we'll reign,
with him on high.
And live through eternity,
never again to die.
~~~
