Prayer for the World

I pray now, for peace and love,
all those things we dream of,
but never hope to find.
I pray now, for all mankind,
the sick, the weak, the blind,
and those souls left behind.

I pray, we will learn to cherish now,
and find the strength someway, somehow,
to follow where you lead.
I pray, perhaps we can come to see,
it isn't this world which sets us free,
but when we finally heed.
