An Angel
One of the first poems i wrote. I wrote it as a sort of reasurance for people who have lost someone they love, as i had.
An Angel
An angel came down from heaven,
And took me by the hand,
She told me not to worry,
And that i was going to a better land.
She said it was time for me to go,
Time to say goodbye,
So now that i have gone,
I don't want you to cry.
I know you miss me now,
And i miss you to,
But i know i will see you again someday,
When the angel takes you.
