You're So Called Friend'sI know what they say about me, when I'm not around Cos the next time I see you, you say it all without a sound I can see that look of doubt, they have put upon your face They do it every time, you then tell me we need space But our relationship is perfect, so why say you need time Because every day we are together, everything's just fine But as soon as you see your so called friends, it's all change And the next time we are together, you're acting all strange Instead of listening to what they tell you, listen to you heart Because every time you leave me, this is tearing me apart They don't like that you're not out with them like you were before But you say you are happier now so why can't their words you ignore You say you wouldn't swap your life now, in a millions years So why can't you just let them know that, and reassure my fears I don't like you seeing them at all now, they slag me off no end So please tell me how on earth do you call this person a friend? They know you love me, so why can't they just let us be Instead of feeding you these doubts, and trying to get you to leave me Wrote 09/11/06 Copyright ©2006 Emma Marie Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
