God is one who has everything in his hand.
He has controll of everything.
Us and the creatures and nature and everything we can think.
Even man made items were given the knowledge by God.
Everything doesn't exist without God so he controlls everything.
He is An Nafee he is propitious nothing can happen without his Will.
So whatever happens to those it is by the Will of God and him only.
So if we recieve anything to benefit them it is by the Will of God and only God and to him we must Thank.
So if we recieve anything harmful it is by the Will of God and only God and we must know it is a test so that our punishment in the hereafter shall be less severe and to him so we must give thanks.
It can sometimes be sign we are not given everything or something we want does not happen...
