Two people meet fall in love
to the altar they do go
wedded bliss sealed with a kiss
true love don't cha know
He told me he's the real deal
no better man on Earth
then told me pay attention
I'd finally know his worth
I walk one step behind him
that's what he said to do
it's done in other Countries
I expect the same of you
I hung his life size pictures
full length mirrors hung as well
he preens in front of every one
saying, tell me ain't I swell
He sends himself roses
saying he deserves the best
then yells, Hun fluff my pillows
I need my beauty rest
I set each meal before him
he feeds me the first bite
watching me with great intent
then says, it seems alright
I run his nightly bubble bath
the waters temp just so
light a candle by his 8x10
he loves that don't cha know
I call Marvin my Adonis
for he said it rightly fit
I bow to him serenely
before he tells me sit
I feed him chocolates one by one
read him poetry that he's wrote
he looks up, smiles and says
on me your surely smote
Oh how I love my Marvin
our marriage is a gas
and once you understand it
I'm sure the stink will pass.
