"Another Morning Awakes"
~~~
As the forest slowly awakens;
to another morning.
You can see and hear the sound;
of her coming to life.
She brings out the sun;
peaking through her lush green.
Her grass is cold and wet;
with morning dew.
The wind is rustling through her trees;
bending and swaying to and fro.
Her birds, are singing and chirping;
with much delight.
You can see and hear;
the pitter, patter of her small creatures;
with their rustling and crunching;
through the leaves.
Her morning frogs;
are all singing in unison.
Busy busy bees are humming;
and making their way;
from flower to flower;
tapping its sweet nectar.
Off in the distance;
come the sounds of rustling waters;
of a nearby creek.
The deer are seen;
making their way through the forests;
scraping the bark from near by trees.
The mighty Hawks;
are circling high above;
in the morning sky seeking;
their prey.
Butterflies are dancing;
around in mornings delight.
Aah ! the fresh smell of Honeysuckles;
are adrift in the morning air.
While the crickets;
are singing in harmony.
Insects are all creeping and crawling;
among the branches of the trees;
and on the grounds below.
The wild flowers;
are all popping out on the banks;
of the slopes, giving off their sweet;
perfumed scent.
So once again another morning;
awakes in the siren and peacefull forests;
giving life to another day.
