Why Can't I Just Forget you?
Damn I need to leave!
Why can't I just leave you a lone?
Why do I have to even know you are alive?
You were the first that turned this silly head of mine and have been ever since.
My heart truly belongs to the one I am with but you still intrigue me.
What is about you I can not or will not leave a lone?
You intoxicate me every time we are together. Even in the same room.
I know that you feel the same way each time that a hand brushes the other or a simple touch is felt.
The electricity leaps from one to the other.
I long to kiss you and to feel your soft body pressed up against me.
I want to feel your fire and passion surge under my ever searching hand.
We are two different people and being together would never work.
Two emotional and head strong souls would only smash each other until we were nothing but a shell.
We are both with those that make us strong and better than anyone could.
So why can't I just let the feelings down and let you be.
This is only hurting the one that means my world and safety to home.
So I must go and break away in order to grow and let you be with the one that you need.
I can not offer you the same style of loving that she gives you just letting you roam and go freely where you want.
Nor, can I offer you the price that this would bring.
