Goodbye (Steve)

You left the world so suddenly
No chance to say goodbye
So many questions that are asked
We want to know just why
You gave us many memories
We'll treasure for our lives
You left behind a legacy
Your passion will survive
You opened up so many eyes
Whoever would have thought
That such a simple human being
The rights of animals fought
We all will miss your infectious smile
The good times that you had
But most of all the thing we'll miss
Is the way you were a dad
So from the bottom of our hearts
We now say our good byes
But this is just a brand new start
You made us all realize
That living creatures on this earth
Deserve a second chance
To live the life they're meant to be
You made us all understand
