Be Thin Like Me
Open up the celebrity magazine, go on and take a glance
Lots and lots of stunning stars, wearing hardly more than pants
Across the page they're spread, with what's seen as the perfect figure
With their ultra stick thin bodies, yet their boobs are much, much bigger
Young girls see these and look up to them, to them they are their hero
They want to be just like them, and look like that, and be that size zero
Turn the page, a diet, which reads; try this and get a body like mine
But don't eat anything more 300 calories a day and exercise all the time
Or maybe you could try the Atkins and lose 7 pounds in just one week
Or maybe try the "eat nothing at all" diet it's really, really cheap
Girls that don't look that way, and see these stars, what happens then?
Please tell me what ever happened, to being the perfect size 10?
Now you see girls that are size 8 and they are saying that they are fat
So where has this come from, why on earth do they think that
Every year celebrity's are getting even more thin and they just look so ill
When will this all end? Because I fear it never ever will.
