IN A POLYGAMIST SOCIETY

In a polygamist society
You could have her, you could have me
We would both have to understand
We share you as a man

In a polygamist society
Some nights you could set me free
Then others you would be away
Because with her you want to play

And we wouldn't be called sinners
Moreover, I would be a winner
Because I would have your love
It's the kind I've often dreamed of

You could have your lover too
But we could both love you
Each as different kind of wives
With happiness in both our lives

So today, I dream it is like this
That it would be okay for me to have your kiss
It is such a sunny, sweet thought
That we could do what we have not.
