Poetry For Everyday People
See You Next Year
Summer died last
night
beneath a hollow
moon
Autumn stepped
out as if Summer's
soul
pumpkins
red orange brown yellow
leaves
keeping time
beyond Jazz
four four time half magic
I'll meet you here
Halloween
we'll smoke one
by the old creek
tell stories
drink wine
talk
roll in leaves
we can walk
in the park
hand in hand
kissing ghosts
kissing time
packing the moon
full of cotton.
