Starting Anew
Prepare your heart,
Stretch your hands;
Be given a new start,
That God commands.
The sin in your hand,
Will be blown away;
Like a grain of sand,
That will go astray.
The wind will blow,
As it be lost at sea;
And never to show,
Its face upon thee.
A foundation built,
In faith and in trust;
Taking out the guilt,
Guarding against lust.
You have firm belief,
So feel secure to rest;
Build hope over grief,
And you will be blest.
