The Love of GodBeing of meek and quiet behavior, I testify to my love for our Savior; Through the Son of God as I trust, Steering me away from earthly lust. While my faith builds its strength, To persevere at nearly any length; Gets me through each day in hope, Hurdling over obstacles as I cope. Even though no man has seen God, Still we give Him honor as we laud; In return He showers us with love, Raining down from Heaven above. The love of God reigns deep inside, That allows Him to enter and abide; And results in making us complete, As one in Christ and part of the elite. But this love is not to be withheld, To others that it must be propelled; The love of God is given to share, Showing one another that we care.
