Content in Confusion

My life has been turned upside-down,
I'm on a confusion merry-go-round,
Where good is bad, and bad is good,
What I shouldn't, now I should.

Content in confusion,
I live my day,
My life, an illusion,
It's sad to say.

I wipe the tears, I never cried,
My spirit dead, yet it never died.
The map of my life, disregarded.
It's too bad this mess, ever started.
