I am a poetic genius, I really have a flare,
The words jump right out at ya, you don't have to stare.
This is not my first life of using pen and pad,
In the past I wrote some sonnets, I wrote some quips and quotes.
I lived in a village of heathens and drank the milk of goats.
I've seen kings rise and fall,
I stood in the shadows of pyramids when they were not very tall.
I've seen glorious kingdoms and I've seen floods of wrath,
I have seen the earth revolving from an alien spacecraft.
