Fate

The old days are gone and the new have invaded,
For manners and etiquette, slang and vulgarity we traded.
People seldom lend a helping hand anymore,
The human rights have been thrown out the door.
Fear lurks in the shadows of humanity,
When will we stop to see the insanity?
People beckon for a savior,
And call God again and again,
They are victims of their own mess,
Look deeply my friend.
No more role models or heroes that win,
How do you separate the fate from the sin?
