The Man In The Moon!
The man in the moon
Sang a strange tune
That sent the stars
In a spin!
They twisted and turned
And sizzled and burned
In showers that made
A big din!
The man got a shock
So started to rock
And roll and dance
With a smile!
The stars got so mad
As the dancing was bad
So they shook and rattled
A while!
The man sat to cry,
The stars gave a sigh
And soon everything
Was quiet!
Now the man in the moon
Sits alone in the gloom
And silently sleeps
Every night!
