A Day in a Life
The sun rises as we gather,
To pay tribute to the Father;
Singing praise and we pray,
At the start of a new day.
We go off to work to savor,
In performance of our labor;
Knowing we will do good,
In everything as we should..
We work diligently and sincere,
And knowing that God is near;
His wisdom will help to guide,
While dwelling deep inside.
For anything that I will face,
God will be shedding His grace;
Helping through any trouble,
Not to falter or to stumble.
And no matter where I roam,
He will get me safely home.
Thanking Him in being blest,
Prior with getting some rest.
