We had lots of joyful times,
we had so much wonderful fun,
spent so many wonderful years
in the sun.
'Til a bad moon arose dark and dreary,
to ruin the warm love we shared,
removing our sweet joy,
taking away all joyous memories.
Causing us to run one from the other,
'til we were no longer one,
but sadly two once again.
