Tasting Living Water
If you truly knew the gift of God,
You would then honor and laud;
Instead of worshipping of money,
All over a land of milk and honey.
Your search sounds to be insane,
Because it is being done in vain;
For unless your Father will bless,
You will never have any success.
Dog eat dog getting to the top,
As cutthroats are trying to stop;
Nothing to show for your life,
Except for being full of strife,
Each time the higher you strive,
Causes a flaming desire to drive;
Thirsting for more as it gets hotter,
But never tasting the Living Water.
Living Water quenches your thirst,
As God blesses you for to be first;
Life will not seem as perplexed,
Now as you prepare for the next.
