Close your eyes open your mind
Take my hand and we'll stroll
Down a path in my life
Where my heart you stole
Lets walk through the roses
Take in their sweet scent
Reminiscing all the hours
In love that we spent
Hear the words that were spoken
Sweet poetry in rhyme
Whispered so serenely
In another place and time
Feel the breeze on your face
Like a lover's tender kiss
Remembering when we realized
Love could be just like this
As we stroll down this path
Where memories run deep
Smiling at the knowledge
They're all ours to keep
All the years that we've spent
Together as a whole
A lifetime of loving
