The Sun Will One Day Shine
Dark and distant clouds will come our way, But know the sun will shine bright one day. As the song goes we fall down, but we get up, We have all taken a drink from the bitter cup. We have lost love ones, friends along the way. But know if you have faith there will be a better day. Our God has been with us since the day we were born, He will hold our hand during the time we mourn. Friends will abandon us along the way, Family will leave and never want to stay. Sometimes I feel like it's only me, myself and I, As I sit and time slowly ticks by. Precious moments are sometimes wasted, As we move daily on our way. Ignoring friends and family, the important things, And we need to take the time to pray. Just know that God will see us through, He helps me and he will do the same for you. Remember when you take a drink from life's bitter cup, Know that sorry looks back, worry looks around, But faith looks up. There may be pain yesterday, and may be pain tomorrow, Pray to God, and let him handle your sorrow. I know that good things will come our way, And know that the Sun will shine one day.
