out of bed
have a shower

pick a flower..
crunch some toast
sip sweet tea
tidy up
watch tv...
drive to work
radio on
stop and park
coffee strong...
plan the day
set things up
talk a lot
another cup...
noise and action
focus well
listen lots
funny smell...
walk around
check the door
sort and read
meeting bore...
driving chaos
stop at lights
pick up shopping
set out right...
flick the switch
washing hum
cut and stir
dinner done...
evening homework
telephone
listen only
not alone...
another coffee
exercise
sit and dream
spray the flies
tidy table
pack the plates
do with care
bad back ache...
write a poem
read a bit
dream in silence
