Heart Of The Matter

Two To Tango

I'm just a lonely wallflower,
So desperate for a dance,
I'm just not worth a second look,
Never mind a true romance,

I sit here in my prison,
My little ivory tower,
Bitter tears upon my pillow,
I shed them hour by hour,

I have no life to speak of,
And love has passed me by,
I'm old and worn and withered,
No, I cannot tell a lie,

~~~~~~~~~~~
Now there's a demon in the shadows,
He's eager for romance,
But it takes two to do a tango,
So I tell him,
I DON'T DANCE!
