Every minute
of everyday

I thought after so long
it would stop
Torturing my very soul
haunting my very existence
But it isn't about me
Is it?
It's about you
About what I didn't do
To Save You
It's about being my fault
There must of been something
I could of done
I'm your Mother
I'm supposed to take care of you
But I didn't do so good
Did I?
If I had
I would see you
Not in my mind
Standing here laughing
hugging me
Saying "I love you Mom"
Making a dull or hectic day
Brighter
But
Every minute
of every day
I see your face
Because you aren't here anymore
Except in my shattered heart
Except in my tattered soul
You will never be here again
So I'll see you
