Corruption in VanityBeing children as heirs of God, As well as joint heirs with Christ; We should suffer for being flawed, To glorify Him who was sacrificed. So we may together be glorified, Thinking of sufferings of this time; We shun not allowing Him to abide, Not worthy because of our crime. For we are truly creatures of vanity, The same reasons in having hope; Looking at ourselves in such beauty, Allowing us a means for to cope. The beauty hides the corruption, As creatures in bondage to sin; A possibility to cause a disruption, Inhibiting in being cleansed within. We must take a look in the mirror, To see as seen by the Holy Spirit; If worthy going to God more nearer, And what we truly should inherit.
