The Eyes and Ears of God
Be in the Spirit of one mind,
Showing others you are kind;
In compassion for each other,
Treating as sister and brother.
Be merciful and take pity,
On the poor within the city;
The less fortunate than you,
Needing help each day through.
Do not be seeking retaliation,
In avenging for humiliation;
For it does not make it right,
Another wrong in your sight.
The eyes of God able to see,
Whoever is righteously sin free;
Rewarding all who are good,
Doing the best as they should.
God has also open up His ear,
Seeing for if He is able to hear;
Those who are willing to share,
A confession to Him in prayer.
