It's not about me
Heard it on TV
It's all about you
So what do I do?

Leave you alone
Don't call your phone
Don't mail this poetry
Let him be

When it's all about you
My soul feels brand new
I'm younger and stronger
My life will be longer

When you're all that must be
I write true poetry
Tingling from heart to calf
Because your spirit is my better half

Do you want to know
Must I always show
Through words all I dare
Just to find a way to share

This mind, these flights
Where pen flys to write
Anything that might stir
All about him on her.
