Molly Mead

Molly Mead is nearly seven,
Though she wishes she was eleven!
Molly loves her frizzy brown hair,
And those dungarees
That possess a tear!

Molly's eyes are sparkly blue,
And she adores her bright pink shoes!
Home from school,
She eats orange jelly,
Then jumps in puddles
Without her wellies!

Molly is funny
And when she giggles,
Her bright pink shoes
They dance
And jiggle!

Molly likes to watch TV
While fidgeting on mummy's knee!
After dinner
She 'colours in',
And eats biscuits from her spotted tin.

Molly goes to bed at eight,
The time of day that Molly hates!
Finally she climbs into bed,
Snuggling up with 'Barbie'-
And Ted!

Mummy and Molly sing a song,
Then she'll sleep
All night long.
A few soft words,
And a goodnight kiss,
Another day in the life
Of this 'little miss' !
