Blue were the mirrors
of your soul
Highway to you
without paying toll
Blue was tranquility
like a pool warm and deep
Place of comfort
I wanted to keep
Blue were the tears
that you never knew
The ones that I cried
when I couldn't see you
Blue is the color
of a for-get-me-not
to remember a time
when we were besot
