Be watchful
As light is devoured
For sister moon
Of brother sun
Rises empowered.
For all things unseen
Make an appearance
As they hunger for
Progeny of the sun dance.
Many a torch to light
About your homestead
For light subdues
Desires of the undead.
Voices in your head
Familiar they maybe
No longer the people
They used to be.
Dallying within places
Thoughts dare not go
Deeds of evil depravity
Of fear they wish to sow.
To those that have lost
They taunt and cajole
For they are given to
Narcotics of the soul.
A threshold to eternal
Beckoned by the misplaced
I await to welcome
With a damned embrace.
