Slash the page
in righteous rage
thump and bump
the pen...
Let the pain
gush like rain
then do it
all again...
Feel anger flow
with a blow
feel the fumes
so hot...
Get it out
with a shout
give it all
you've got...
Scribble fast
'till the last
has raced around
the bend...
Relax and breathe
with quiet ease
and feel your
sad heart mend...
