 Pitcairn

You plotted your course Christian
After the mutiny
Adams and Quintal beside you
Never to return
Was it the island that corrupted you
The beauty of the place
Burn The Bounty
No going back
To the island you call home
Lies and hatred
Jealousy
What happened to the dream
Tahiti distant memory
On Pitcairn now you hide
The years have passed
Two centuries gone
Your name it still lives on
Imprisoned now for crimes obscene
The children bear the scars
Was it the island that corrupted you
The place that you call home
The ship is burned
The dream is past
The beauty now has gone
