Throw-away Girl
Throw away girl-
Singing your song.
Desperation-
Need to belong.
Working the streets-
No where to go.
Selling yourself-
Fifteen years old.
Angry and hurt-
A soul in pain.
Alcohol, drugs-
Where is the gain?
Lonely, afraid-
Cry silent tears.
Stay tucked inside-
Living on fear.
Hungry and cold-
Needing a friend.
Innocence lost-
Where will it end?

Out on the streets-

An overdose-
Fifteen years old.
