Meaningful Thoughts

To what do I owe the honors?

To this the man that is running,
From the men that give him chase.
This man running is to gentle,
and should not have this "run-in".
The look of justice is on his face,
as he runs from place to place.
There is one Last thing that he must do,
and that's to get to the love he doth woo.
His legs grow heavy, as does his spirit.
The bullet was flung, as a tear slit,
and with his last breathe he looked in her eyes,
and said I love you,
and she then knew that he did.
He passed on while she stood close,
until she flew from the coast.
All was left to a kid.
