Meaningful Thoughts

That snowy buck.

As I walk down this cold and lonely road.
I think of all the things that grow,
that are buried deep beneath the snow.
And if you were to ask me why,
I would have to shed a tear and cry.

As I walk down this impressionable road.
I think about my foot prints from heel to toe,
and how long they'll stay, and when they'll go.
And if you were to ask me why.
I would tear my earthly chains and die.

As I walk down this narrow dark road.
I think of the lights that'll go all night,
evading all the shadows, thus winning the fight.
And if you were to ask me why.
I would break the night and help them try.

As I walk down such a road,
I hold all things dear to my chest,
in pockets and bags go all the rest.
And if you were to ask me why.
I'd tell the truth and not a lie.
