Don't Worry
I've tried my best
To watch out over you,
But, this world can be harsh
Making you feel subdued.
I still enjoy giving you hugs
And whispering in your ear,
I gently whisper, "Don't worry
I will always be here."
"Helping you through the good times
And also through the bad,
I'm happy to say you're mine
It's quite the life, we've had."
"You keep me on my toes
Every single day,
I hope you heal well
To the Lord, this I pray."
