Oh what a wonderful effort
It would simply be~
For all who proffess to dream of peace on earth
To join hands in all sincerity~
To create a new type of universal school
To have all spend some time there just to learn~
About all the un perfected good things in our past
And learn how to make them right as one for this I yern~
There is ever so much more to learn from our past
Than there is in our entire future ever to be~
fixing re creating the things that could save our planrt
From the future unknown and all its insecurity~
To take a step back in whats called progress
And to bring back joy and love~
To think oabout our childrens future
By giving them what we had natural gifts from God above~
If greed for more and more yet still
And future better ways according to some~
Could all be harnessed for a period in time
We would live to appreciate what weve done~
Our very planet and all upon it this day
Is crying for a better way~
But nothing that is ahead of us at all
Can give us what we all had yesterday~
There is ever so much more to learn from our past
Than in all the entire time to come~
If this could only be possible in all common sense
We would never live to cry what have we done~
